Description: 

It is the intention of the Region of Peel on behalf of Peel Regional Police (PRP)  to prequalify through this document (the “Prequalification Document”) a list of General  Contractors  who will be eligible to bid on the walkway replacement and fountain restoration, located at 7150 Mississauga Road, Brampton, Ontario,  L5N 5N1. The Contract will be issued as a CCDC2 Stipulated Price contract and tendered under a single procurement document.

The bid document will be posted https://peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca when available. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
(CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
