Description: 

The Agency intends on prequalifying Respondents in four (4) Construction Work categories. The Construction Work categories include:

  1. General Contractor, eligible to bid on the Project in the subsequent Request for Tender;
  2. Bypass Subcontractor, eligible to be carried by the General Contractor for the bypass pumping scope of work; 
  3. Open Cut Replacement Subcontractor, eligible to be carried by the General Contractor for the open cut pipe replacement scope of work; and
  4. Maintenance Hole (MH) Rehabilitation Subcontractor, eligible to be carried by the General Contractor for the maintenance hole rehabilitation scope of work.

The bid document will be posted https://peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca when available. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
(CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
