Peel Housing Corporation o/a Peel Living manages residential housing including apartments, walk-ups and seniors residences. The Vendor will provide new washers and dryers which operate on a method of payment by resident use, at the various Peel Living residential sites. The Contract is revenue generating in which the Vendor will pay Peel Living a fixed license fee per month for the term of Contract. The Vendor shall install equipment which meets the energy efficiency requirements and shall be responsible to maintain all laundry equipment in good working order at all times to avoid inconvenience to residents. |
