The purpose of this Document is to establish a Vendor of Record (VOR) Arrangement of qualified and certified Salesforce partners with expertise in providing implementation, management and ongoing professional services, including both project-focused services and operational maintenance and support services, to support the needs of the Agency in delivering end-to-end solutions on Information Technology (IT) Projects for the Agency’s existing Salesforce applications and future solution requirements. The form of agreement that will be used for the Contract is attached as Appendix A to this Document (the “Agreement”). The Agreement sets out the terms and conditions which will apply to the procurement of the Services described in this Document. The terms and conditions are not negotiable. The Agency reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make minor changes to the Agreement when preparing the final draft agreement. By submitting a Bidder Submission, the Bidder agrees to execute the Agreement as-is and in the same form provided in this Document. Bidders acknowledge that the form of agreement is not subject to negotiation after submitting a Bidder Submission.
