The Agency intends to select a qualified Vendor for the pre-purchase of the THP equipment and auxiliary components for the Clarkson WRRF Biosolids Expansion. 

The bid document will be posted https://peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca when available. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
(CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
