The Regional Municipality of Peel requires a vendor with expertise in climate change, asset management and economic analysis to undertake an Enterprise Climate Change Risk, Financial Planning and Adaptation Assessment that will enable the Agency to:

1.1  understand the impacts and risks to all Regional infrastructure assets posed by defined climate change hazards, and

1.2  understand the magnitude of cost associated with adapting critical, at-risk Regional infrastructure assets to be resilient to defined climate change hazards. 

CONTRACT
The agreement attached to this Document as Appendix 8.8 will govern the provision of services by the Vendor. Bidder Submissions which are qualified by the Bidder based on terms the Bidder wishes to negotiate, or which contain any other proposed form of agreement, will be disqualified and not considered. 

This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
