Description: 

The Agency  is seeking the services of a highly qualified Vendor to complete building condition assessments for a diverse portfolio of facilities including Affordable Housing, Shelters, Heritage Sites, Public Works, Industrial, Commercial, Operational, Learn Play Care Centres, and other Institutional (ICI) buildings located throughout Brampton, Mississauga, and Caledon. Assessments must be completed and reported in a format specified by the Agency.

The bid document will be posted https://peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca  when available.  This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
