The Region of Peel is seeking to retain an experienced Vendor to provide Catch Basin cleaning and disposal services for Catch Basins located throughout the Region Municipality of Peel, as described in this Document. The work to be carried out under this Contract shall include all labour, tools, materials and equipment required to clean Catch Basins and remove, haul, and dispose of all debris Material, to an approved Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MOECP) disposal site. Hauling and disposal of Material under this Contract shall be done in compliance with the MOECP and all applicable law. |
