The technical services within the scope of work are for the purpose of supporting the Agency in the management of the closed landfill sites for which it is responsible. The required services include conducting assessments of environmental monitoring data and laboratory results, writing compliance and comprehensive monitoring reports, conducting groundwater, surface water, and landfill gas monitoring and analyzing results, performing annual site condition surveys, providing input regarding financial planning and future spending estimates and lastly, providing general technical services as needed. |
