The Agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide all labour, material, products, equipment, accessories and services for the scope of work which includes renovations of the selected existing laundry rooms, including but not limited to: 

1. Laundry Room Renovations
2. Renovations of adjacent rooms to the laundry room such as; Laundry Room storage rooms and laundry room washrooms.
3. Interior and architectural finishes and components at storages, washrooms and laundry rooms.
4. Exterior work.
5. Associated structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work including ventilation improvements; and
6. Associated hazardous materials abatement.
7. Disconnect, storage and reinstallation of laundry room equipment.

The bid document will be posted https://peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca  when available.  This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
