This Request for Expression of Interest is intended to determine whether or not there is market ability to provide helicopter maintenance and crew services to Peel Regional Police, Durham Regional Police and the Halton Regional Police Services. The Submissions are intended as informational to the Agency only. Neither the receipt nor review of a Submission, nor the seeking of clarification, shall oblige the Agency to enter into a contract with any Respondent, or shall oblige the Agency to use information provided in any Respondent’s Submission for future procurement purposes, and shall not constitute an acceptance of a Respondent’s Submission.
