The Agency is seeking a qualified consulting engineer specializing in performance issues in building envelope and exterior brick cladding components and replacement of windows and front entrance glazing system to provide comprehensive and inclusive consulting services including but not limited to investigation; cost estimation; detail design; permit application; construction documents / tender package; construction / contract administration; warranty deficiency management and close out for the repairs of exterior brick cladding and windows replacement at 15 Fairview Rd. East, Mississauga. 15 Fairview Rd. E. is a 10-storey apartment building containing 96 residential units. The bid document will be posted https://peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca when available. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
