 PREQUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS FOR MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL DECARBONIZATION UPGRADES HILLSIDE PLACE

The Project will include the following scope:

  • Replace in-suite baseboard heaters with Innova heat pumps.

  • Replace common space lounges with Innova heat pumps and split heat pump systems.

  • Replace existing rooftop make-up air units with two (2) new MAUs and one (1) new ERV.

  • Retrofit existing domestic hot water system by removing boiler and gas connection and replacing with new electric ASHP storage tanks and water heaters.

  • Alectra Utility upgrade, replace existing building transformer and switchboard, new electrical distribution to roof level.
