The purpose of this RFP is to establish a Vendor of Record (VOR) Arrangement of qualified vendors to supply skilled and experienced Information Technology (IT) professional services resources for the Agency on an as-need basis. The Agency requires a full range of IT professional services resources to assist in the effort of developing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing existing and new IT systems. IT systems may be cloud-based or self-hosted (on-premise). The form of agreement that will be used for the Contract is attached as Appendix 8.1 to this RFP (the “Agreement”). The Agreement sets out the terms and conditions which will apply to the procurement of the Services described in this RFP. The terms and conditions are not negotiable. The Agency reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make minor changes to the Agreement when preparing the final draft agreement. By submitting a Bidder Submission, the Bidder agrees to execute the Agreement as-is and in the same form provided in this Document. Bidders acknowledge that the form of agreement is not subject to negotiation after submitting a Bidder Submission.
