Description: 

The Regional Municipality of Peel (the Agency) is seeking the services of a Vendor to provide Gauge Adjusted Radar Rainfall (GARR) and NowCasting (predictive radar forecasting) subscription services for the next three years with two optional 12 month contract extensions.  The Agency wants to have near real time GARR and predictive rainfall forecasts with alarming, for use in real time control of the wastewater system.  The Agency would like the near real time GARR product to be quality controlled for all events that exceed set threshold limits. Additionally, the Agency would like the Vendor to have an online platform from which the predictive rainfall and GARR can be viewed.

(CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
