The Region is seeking innovative and in-depth Bidder Submissions from qualified Bidder firms to collaborate with the Agency in understanding the business processes related to the EAM Program and aligning these to a set of business capabilities that have been identified. The Agency’s end goal is to have a set of future-state business process maps for all services across the Agency to adequately support the Agency in configuring an NOTE: Bidders are requested to review of the Form of Agreement for Consulting Services in Appendix 9.1, along with the Document, and submit any concerns regarding the terms contained in the Agreement they may have for the Agency's review and consideration during the bid open period . Should the Agency elect to make changes pursuant to questions submitted by Bidders, the Agency will issue an addendum containing a revised Form of Agreement prior to the bid closing date. No other pre-existing agreement(s) between the Bidder and the Agency will pertain to or govern this Contract. Bidders will not be permitted to include alternate terms and conditions or revisions to the Agency's form in their Bidders Submissions outside of the bidding period. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement |
