Description: 

This Contract is for the rehabilitation of two (2) exposed sanitary maintenance holes (SMH) located within two (2) different watercourses. The water courses are under the jurisdiction of the Toronto Regional Conservation Authority (Contract drawings, Appendix 5.2). One is located within City of Mississauga parks lands the other within the jurisdiction of the Greater Toronto Airport Authority (GTAA). The Regional Municipality of Peel (herein referred to
as the Agency) has obtained Permits and approval for the Works. All Work to be carried out during the warm water timing window of July 1 to March 31.

(CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
