This Contract is for construction of a multi-use path on the west side of Erin Mills Parkway between Credit Valley Road and Britannia Road. Additionally, various intersection improvements along this corridor as well as road resurfacing between Credit Valley Road and Erin Centre Boulevard is also included.
The work to be done includes, but is not limited to:
Construction of a multi-use path (MUP) on the west side of Erin Mills Parkway between Credit Valley Road and Britannia Road. This work shall include, but is not limited to, curb removals, new curb construction, adjustments of catch basins/ maintenance holes/valves/chambers to grade and other works to install the proposed multi-use path with pavement markings, signage and crossrides as specified over the project’s contract duration.
Westbound Bike lane extension along Erin Centre Boulevard from the intersection of Erin Mills Parkway and Erin Centre Boulevard. This work shall include, but is not limited to, curb removals, new curb construction, adjustments of catch basins/ maintenance holes/valves/chambers to grade and other works to install the proposed bike lane with pavement markings, and signage as specified over the project’s contract duration.
Intersection works will include but not limited to, traffic signals, bike signals, directional island removals, smart channel installations, curb-realignments, median island adjustments, and other works as specified over the project’s contract duration. Intersection Improvements under this contract include:
Road Resurfacing Between Credit Valley Road and Erin Centre Boulevard at limits specified. |
