Description: 

The Region of Peel (herein the “Agency”) requires the services of a qualified Consultant to assist in updating the Region of Peel's Specialized TransHelp Master Plan. 

 

The Master Plan Update services will include, but are not limited to:

  • An analysis of current ridership and financial data; developing updated ridership and financial models, including forecasting and resource planning
  • Reviewing current service delivery model effectiveness 
  • Operational and policy analysis, including industry scans and best practices review
  • Accessibility for Ontarians with a Disability Act (AODA) compliance review
  • Developing a Stakeholder Engagement & Communications Plan

 

The Consultant will provide recommendations and strategic direction based on sound financial analysis, legislative compliance, and the Agency’s vision of maintaining a high level of service.
