Description: 

The Agency requires a qualified Vendor to:

  1. Assess the maturity of EAM by applying the EAM’s 2025 asset management maturity assessment process to enterprise level asset management processes which where intentionally not assessed by the EAM team.
  2. Develop a long-term roadmap of asset management enhancement projects based on a review the Agency’s recent asset management maturity assessments in conjunction with the enterprise assessment that is part of this work.
  3. Develop a process for the Agency to easily track asset management maturity progress between full maturity reassessments.

CONTRACT
The agreement attached to the Document as Appendix 8.3 will govern the provision of services by the Vendor. Bidder Submissions which are qualified by the Bidder based on terms the Bidder wishes to negotiate, or which contain any other proposed form of agreement, will be disqualified and not considered. 

This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
