Pre-qualification of contractors for Various Renovations at the Region of Peel Long Term Care Homes. The Project will include the following scope: Renovate a total of Renovate a total of 12 Tub or Shower Rooms. The scope includes new epoxy flooring, new cabinetry, accessories, wall tile, mirror, wall paint and a wall mural, plumbing supply, waste and floor drain relocation if applicable, special institutional tub or shower replacement etc. The rooms are to be renovated in an occupied Healthcare Long term Care Facility and phased as per the Facility Program needs without adversely affecting their bathing services to their residents. Renovate the garbage room. The scope includes new epoxy flooring and repainting of the walls. The bid document will be posted https://peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca when available. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
