The Regional Municipality of Peel (herein referred to as the “Agency”) intends to retain a Consulting Engineering firm (the Vendor) to design, construct, place into service and validate the performance of an Odour Mitigation System at the GE Booth Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). This purpose of this program is to implement an odour monitoring program for the GE Booth WWTP and surrounding area with the use of real time odour monitoring (source & ambient), weather station data and the use of an Air Dispersion Model to provide real time predictions of odour emissions. The study to develop the program was completed in 2020 with design phase in 2021 and construction/implementation in 2021 & 2022. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements. |
