Description: 

Construct a new two-story Storage Complex.  The Storage Complex includes a ground level warehouse space as well as a second level administrative space, complete with elevator access. Construct a new entrance guardhouse Retrofit the existing Return Sludge Pumping Station No. 2 to create a new laboratory space.  Base, asphalt, curbs, concrete barriers, etc. for all plant access road constructions and relocations.
