This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Agency on behalf of the Regions to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the supply and delivery of three new single engine intermediate (gross weight of 4,000lbs or more) turbine helicopters for law enforcement use by the Peel Regional Police, Durham Regional Police and Halton Regional Police, respectively, (each a “Police Service” and together, the “Police Services”), as further described in Part 3 - Specifications of this RFP. The Agency will only accept Proposals from manufacturers. |
