PREQUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS FOR MECHANICAL DECARBONIZATION UPGRADES AT DERRYBRAE PLACE, MISSISSAUGA PROJECT #25405

The Project will include the following scope: Derrybrae Place is an occupied residential apartment building located at 7095 Rexwood Road, in Mississauga, Ontario. This ten-storey facility consists of 129 residential suites, a single-level underground parking garage, and various service rooms and common spaces throughout the parking garage and ground floor. The building was constructed around 1995.

The bid document will be posted https://peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca when available. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
