Replacement of Two Air Conditioning Units at 7150 Mississauga Road, Mississauga, Peel Regional Police    

The Prime Contractor shall be an HVAC Mechanical Contractor registered or certified by Technical Standards and Safety Authority (T.S.S.A) and the successful Bidder shall provide proof of valid license from TSSA as part of the contract award process.                                   

The bid document will be posted https://peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca when available. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
