The Region of Peel requires the services of a Vendor with in-depth knowledge of organizational employee development, including principles of adult learning and experience in program development.  Knowledge of the early years and child care system in the Regional Municipality of Peel is an asset.  The Vendor will be responsible to develop a series of Mentoring Programs that take into consideration the professional life cycle of Staff and students working in EarlyON Child and Family Centres (herein referred to as “EarlyON Centres”) and licensed child care services within the Regional Municipality of Peel. This includes an initial assessment to understand current practices, best practices and needs of the system as well as the development of the proposed models. 

The Vendor shall complete 30% of the Work of this contract to the satisfaction of the Region no later than December 31, 2022, and the whole of the Work on or before March 31, 2023, unless otherwise approved by the Region.
