The main items of Work covered by this Contract include
but are not limited to the following: 

Reservoir Cell 1 and 2 upgrades including new inlet header, mixing system, overflow weir, overflow trough, overflow pipe, structural repairs and new access house. Reservoir distribution center valve house for Cells 1 and 2. Various yard piping and valve chambers upgrades. Zone 4 and 4 Flow Meter Chambers. Two new Pumps in the Transfer Pumping Station. Various upgrades in the Main Pumping Station including sump pump, valve, lighting, and MCC replacements. Sump pump and HVAC upgrades in the Surge Building. Associated electrical, instrumentation and SCADA upgrades.

(CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
