The Agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide all labour, material, products, equipment, accessories and services to replace exterior glazing systems and doors and perform other exterior improvements to address deterioration and improve thermal performance. The work includes the following which is further detailed in the tender documents:

1. Exterior window and door replacement with double glazed aluminum systems and associated interior finish repairs;
2. Exterior solarium removal and disposal;
3. Localized brick masonry replacement;
4. Sealant replacement at masonry movement joints, mechanical vents and other wall penetrations;
5. Metal cladding coating (excludes sloped metal roofing);
6. Balcony slab localized concrete and waterproofing repairs; and
7. Balcony guardrail and divider panel replacement
