The Region of Peel (herein the “Agency”) requires the services of a qualified Consultant to assist in updating the TransHelp Master Plan. The purpose for the update is to clarify the Agency’s vision and plan for the provision of transportation services for persons with disabilities residing within the Regional Municipality of Peel.
The Master Plan Update services will include, but are not limited to:
The Consultant will provide recommendations and strategic direction based on sound financial analysis, legislative compliance, and the Agency’s vision of maintaining a high level of service.
