It is the intention of the Region of Peel on behalf of Peel Regional Police (PRP)  to prequalify through this document (the “Prequalification Document”) a list of General  Contractors  for Construction Services at 12 Division. 

The bid document will be posted https://peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca when available. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
(CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
