Description:	This Contract is for the repair, replacement, modification and/or upgrade of noise barrier walls that have been damaged or require replacement as a result of an accident, natural environmental event, or change in regulations within the Region of Peel as directed by the Peel. The following General Contractors/Bidders have been prequalified for this project in accordance with the Prequalified List from prequalification document 2024-209PQ: • Brennan Paving & Construction Ltd • Esposito Bros. Construction Ltd • EllisDon Civil Ltd • Peninsula Construction Inc • Rafat General Contractor Inc • Groundbreaking Foundations Inc • Anthony Furlano Construction Inc • Powell Fence Ltd Peel Region will only accept Bidder Submissions in response to this Request for Tender from the prequalified firms stated above. The bid document will be posted https://peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca when available. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
