The Regional Municipality of Peel (referred herein as “the Agency”) requires a Vendor to configure, implement and integrate IBM Maximo, and to provide ongoing support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Maximo post-implementation, ensuring stability, reliability, and incremental value delivery over time. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements. |
