The Agency will only accept Bidder Submissions in response to this Request for Tender from the prequalified firms stated above. Any Bidder Submissions from Bidders not on the most recent Prequalified List from Document 2026-396PQ, as stated above, shall be deemed non-compliant and not considered for contract award. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
