With the implementation of the Blue Box Regulation, the Agency is seeking Proposals from corporations that intend to apply to become Processors of BB Materials on behalf of PRO’s once the PRO’s assume control of blue box Processing and that are prepared to purchase the Agency’s MRF Assets, enter into a 10 year lease for the MRF premises and process the Agency’s BB Material. This is Stage 1 - Technical Qualification Submission of this RFP process.
