| Description: |
The renovation will be executed in two distinct phases at an active and occupied police facility. Phase 1 will involve interior renovations, followed by Phase 2, which will address associated exterior upgrades. The project is intended to bring the facility into compliance with the Ontario Building Code (OBC), the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), and the City of Mississauga’s Facility Accessibility Design Standards (FADS), while also achieving aesthetic improvement to the building’s public-facing areas. PREQUALIFIED GENERAL CONTRACTORS: The following General Contractors/Bidders have been prequalified for this project in accordance with the most recent Prequalified List from prequalification document 2025-525PQ:
The Agency will only accept Bidder Submissions in response to this Request for Tender from the prequalified firms stated above. Any Bidder Submissions from Bidders not on the most recent Prequalified List from Document 2025-525PQ, as stated above, shall be deemed non-compliant and not considered for contract award. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
