Restoration of the exterior stone wall as well as interior plaster restoration and window repairs/replacement in the heritage building located at Building 9 (Jail building) and Building 3 (Court House) at the PAMA Complex located in Brampton Ontario

The Project will include the following scope:

  1. Heritage/Historic stone Conservation, stone coping, sheet metal through wall flashings and steel pins for anchorage, structural components. Window and jail bars restoration/replacement.
  2. Interior heritage plaster and wood restoration GWB partition and ceiling framing, installation of, millwork, and painting, to a high standard, appropriate to a public cultural institution.
  3. Work in the subsequent tender project includes furnishing labour, materials, equipment, services and other related expenses to execute supply, installation, and commissioning of specified work under Contract Documents including demolition, removal of redundant equipment (materials) from site and disposal off site in a legal manner.
