The Region of Peel is seeking to retain an experienced commissioning provider to undertake the overall commissioning process during the design and construction of one new affordable housing project, Pattulo Apartments, and two shelter buildings, Springbrook House and Wilkinson Shelter. The successful firm will be required to resource and deliver all required tasks and deliverables with one competent and sufficiently staffed project team for all three Projects simultaneously. 

The commissioning provider shall be experienced in leading the full commissioning process. The successful firm shall assemble a competent team to provide comprehensive and multi-disciplinary commissioning services that will include, but are not limited to, building envelope components, mechanical, electrical, life safety, security, communications, and specialized equipment to deliver full independent commissioning for these Projects from the design stage to full occupancy including seasonal post occupancy testing.
