G.E. BOOTH (LAKEVIEW) WWTP PRIMARY EXPANSION AND
MISCELLANEOUS IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT 10-2925 AND 17-2926

The contract consists of: construction of two (2) new primary clarifiers (12 &13) and
associated primary gallery, electrical room, mechanical room, access house and
associated equipment and control systems; new primary influent conduit and
primary influent channels; new primary effluent, secondary effluent and
secondary bypass channels and conduits complete with gates, control systems and
stop logs; new Outfall Chambers No. 1 and 2 to tie in new Plant 3 Secondary
conduits and channels to the existing 2400 mm Plant 3 outfall pipe; construction
of a new effluent water pumping station complete and associated equipment and
control systems; installation of new effluent water distribution piping loop in
existing tunnels, and buried underground; installation of new sodium
hypochlorite injection points including modification of existing sodium
hypochlorite dosing lines in the existing disinfection building; partial
demolition/decommissioning of the existing high pressure effluent water pumping
station.
