The main purpose of this RFP is to seek a Vendor capable of providing document migration services from DomDoc to the Agency’s SharePoint. The Vendor must possess either ownership or full licensing access to a migration tool that aligns with Microsoft SharePoint best practices and accounts for technical limitations. The migration tool must have the capability to follow the Agency’s partial metadata mapping, generate missing or incomplete metadata, and implement SharePoint design concept. Furthermore, it should facilitate the creation of an appropriate top-level folder structure while migrating the files from DomDoc to SharePoint. |
