The Agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide all labour, material, products, equipment and services as detailed in the associated Specifications and Drawings including the following but not limited to.

1. Remove existing pavement and overburden along the garage roof slab expansion joint, excavate a 1.5m to 1.8m-meter-wide trench along the joint to re-waterproof the garage roof slab expansion joint including downturns and upturns. Supply and install new overburden. Reinstate pavement, hard and soft landscaping and all signage / parking lines to match pre-construction configuration. 
2. Remove existing landscaping and overburden to expose the garage roof slab along the building elevations in accordance with the project drawings, re-waterproofing the upturn. Supply and install new overburden. Reinstate pavement, hard and soft landscaping and all signage / parking lines to match pre-construction configuration.
3. Supply and install new pre-compressed vertical expansion joint waterproofing in the interior face of north foundation wall expansion joint, from soffit to 4" below slab-on-grade. This item includes locally remove slab-on-grade, installation of epoxy dowels and install new concrete.
4. Carry out localized concrete repairs to the garage roof slab as needed.  
5. Locally paint the garage roof slab soffit and other affected areas. 
6. Locally replace water damaged drywall ceiling and insulation as required.
