Description: 

The work at 2440 Truscott Drive is to address the following: 

  1. Remove existing brick masonry cladding and parapet cap flashings, including all exposed anchors and supports;
  2. Remove existing insulation;
  3. Repair existing concrete block wall;
  4. Install new metal panel cladding system, comprising air barrier, insulation, thermally broken attachment supports, air cavity, and cladding. Including insulating and recladding parapet;

Replace all glazing systems and doors with high thermal performance systems
