The Agency is seeking to procure and install a Mobile Horizontal Grinder (MHG) that meets mandatory design and performance specification for replacement of a hopper at the PCF. The successful Vendor shall be required to supply, deliver and install the MHG, in addition the Vendor shall provide preventative maintenance to the MHG as outlined within these specifications for the duration of the 24 month warranty period.
