It is the intention of the Region of Peel (otherwise referred to as the Agency) to prequalify through this document (the “Prequalification Document”) a list of Vendors who will be eligible to bid on the intended tender call for the Reconstruction and Widening of Mavis Road, from Ray Lawson Boulevard to Twain Avenue over the 407 Bridge, City of Brampton and City of Mississauga, Project 18-4070 (the “Project”). Due to the nature and complexity of the work involved, the Agency will be inviting only those Vendors who are most experienced and qualified to bid on and undertake the specified scope of work. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
