It is the intention of the Region of Peel on behalf of Peel Regional Police (PRP) to prequalify through this document (the “Prequalification Document”) a list of General Contractors who will be eligible to bid on a major building renovation project required at PRP’s Sir Robert Peel Centre (SRPC) located at 7750 Hurontario Street, in Brampton and Emil V. Kolb Centre (EVKC), located at 180 Derry Road East, in Mississauga. The Contract will be issued as a CCDC2 Stipulated Price contract and tendered under a single procurement document. The bid document will be posted https://peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca when available. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
