Description: 

The downspout disconnection program has three phases: Discovery, Design, Construction. This project is focused on the second phase of the program. The scope of work will required the successful Vendor to design a solution for disconnection of 100s of downspouts that were discovered during the “discovery” phase; and will be disconnected during the “construction” phase.
