The Water & Wastewater (W/WW) Division at the Region of Peel have initiated a project for developing, implementing, and maintaining a Health and Safety Management System. As an integral part of this project, the W/WW Divisions have determined the need for developing and maintaining a legal register for identifying, implementing, and maintaining up-to-date health and safety legal requirements.

The bid document will be posted https://peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca when available. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
