Description: 

The Agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide all labour, material, products, equipment and services for following and as detailed in the associated Specifications and Drawings:

  1. Domestic Water System Replacement including Domestic Hot/ Cold and Return Risers plus Suite and Common Area Distribution Piping.

  2. Renewal of Corridor and Stairwell Finishes.

  3. Permitting, mobilization, site protection and oversight as required to complete the work.

The bid document will be posted https://peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca  when available.  This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
