The focus of this call is to retain an experienced Restoration Contractor (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor), to undertake significant Underground Parking (UPG) and exterior upgrades at various Residential facilities located throughout the Region of Peel. 

The bid document will be posted https://peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca when available.This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
(CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
