The work includes but is not limited to, the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and services necessary to complete the Work as shown or as implied by the Contract Drawings and detailed in the Specifications. 

The completed Work will provide the Agency with a Lake Ontario Monitoring System installed at Arthur P. Kennedy Water Treatment Plant, 920 East Avenue, Mississauga, Ontario and Lorne Park Water Treatment Plant, 1180 Lakeshore Road West, Mississauga, Ontario. The Work includes a lake current monitoring system with all equipment supplied in the trawl resistant bottom mounted (TRBM) unit, junction boxes, all equipment within the subsurface moored instrumentation array (SMIA), subsurface buoy with GPS tracker, marker buoy, supports and all associated cabling and instruments.  

Both Water Treatment Plants must be kept in continuous uninterrupted operation. Work must be planned and scheduled with specified operational constraints and with the objective of uninterrupted operation of the plants.

(CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
